Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange within 2 days of receiving the product, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Process
- Contact at our Facebook or Instagram page to initiate an exchange.
- Specify the item you wish to exchange and the preferred size, color, or alternative item.
- For exchange An amount of 80 BDT is required for inside Dhaka and 150 BDT for outside Dhaka.
- After 2-3 day delivery will provide you the new one for an exchange of the old product

You can only return a product while the delivery person is there processing the order. After the delivery man confirms the delivery, return will not be acceptable.
